Have you ever thought about trying to get healthy, but with work & family-life demands, you just don’t have the time or motivation? Let me help you lose weight, gain energy, eat healthy, and be more productive, all while at work, and alongside your co-workers who can help motivate you to stick to your goals.
I can help coach your corporate teams who are interested in reaching similar goals – we can tailor our program to your group’s wants and needs. I can run a 21-day Team Cleanse, or simply a small-group Total Health Transformation where we talk about nutrition, sleep, stress, exercise, and overall health.
We will work together to introduce your chosen health program to your office staff via Zoom, conference call, or in-person for a lunch & learn. I love working with groups and can customize my programs to meet your team’s needs.
Once the group is ready to begin, we will schedule a mutually-agreed upon time for weekly group calls (60 mins each), and will create both group texts and emails to stay in touch throughout the week. I’ll help your group stay on track, hold them accountable, and cheer them on to success throughout the program.

Building Healthy Habits: individual workshops curated to your team’s needs. Choose from variety of topics or suggest one for your group. Time allocated 15-30 minutes max. Minimum 2 sessions.
Living a Healthy Lifestyle: series of virtual group coaching workshops curated to your team’s needs. Choose from variety of topics, or suggest one for your group. Time allocated 15-30 minutes max. Minimum 4 sessions
Transforming Your Health: One-time group presentation curated to your team’s needs. Choose from variety of topics or suggest one for your group. Time allocation 30-60 minutes. Ideal for Lunch & Learns.
21-Day Team Cleanse (3 weekly sessions) Total health cleanse to detox your body and learn which foods cause issues (caffeine, dairy, sugar, gluten). Actual cleanse lasts 7 days: program includes 7 days prep time, and 7 days of reintroduction. Includes participant workbook with shopping list, recipes, and tips for success.
