Before becoming a health coach, I spent 20 years in a corporate role that required me to travel every week. With commitment, perseverance, and the help of a fitness coach, I trained for multiple triathlons, maintained a nutritious diet, (and lost 25 lbs!) and incorporated daily exercise as I flew from city to city.
