Remaining active throughout your time at home is the best way to relieve anxiety and stress. Try to do one thing every day- take a walk with your family, clean out a closet, paint something, meditate or do an online workout, learn a new skill, cook or bake something yummy, get outside and enjoy the fresh air, reach out to a long-lost friend …lots of options you can choose. Use this time to be creative, active, and productive; all of which can help alleviate stress and anxiety.
