The reason you binge at night is because you haven’t given your body enough fuel during the day and it’s craving ANYTHING to satisfy its need for nutrients and fuel for energy.
A hearty and healthy breakfast will set your day off on the right track, reducing binge eating and cravings into the night. I have so many clients who went from no breakfast to eating a hearty egg breakfast or a nutritious smoothie, and saw an immediate change in their nighttime habits. It works!
An example of this might be a veggie omelette with a side of fresh fruit, and a cup of coffee or tea. Or a delicious and satisfying smoothie, filled with spinach, fruit, chia seeds, and anything else you like.
