With everyone forced to stay home these days due to Coronavirus, many of us are missing out on our gym days and workout routines. But not to worry – there are plenty of FREE options for all fitness levels being offered online.
Be sure to take advantage of some of the great websites and workout videos on YouTube. Check out your local gym and fitness studio websites to see if they are offering access to Live Stream videos (with their own instructors). Most are offering free access to members and a nominal guest fee or free-trial period for guests.

There are also tons of printable home workout options, which require little or no equipment. Simply search for home workouts and you will see videos, printouts, and lots of workouts from which to choose!
Of course, as the weather warms up, don’t forget to walk, ride your bike, or go for a run…all are invigorating and will help to cure “cabin fever”.
